Legal Intern (Paid | Calgary Office)

As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers and legal team members, gaining practical exposure to various aspects of legal practice including: 

  • Legal research: Conduct in-depth analysis of case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases. 
  • Document preparation: Draft legal documents such as memoranda, briefs, contracts, and client correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Case strategy assistance: Participate in team discussions and help prepare case strategies under the guidance of senior attorneys. 
  • Client support: Assist in client communication, scheduling meetings, and organizing case files to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Court filings and compliance: Learn the processes involved in filing legal documents with courts and regulatory bodies.
